The ongoing relationship between client and vendor is extremely important in maintaining and always expanding the customer’s online presence. At PalmettoSoft, we have a 24 hour response policy (excluding weekends/holidays) on all client inquiries because timely service is one of the most important business practices a service-type company should possess. We also use advanced customer relationship management software (CRM) to manage our clients, projects and developers. This system allows us to be very effective and efficient when handling any projects or tasks. In addition, we give our clients unique login ability so they can upload any desired work request into our system at any time. Once they submit a request, our managers see it flagged in the system –and queue up the next appropriate action of assigning it to the proper developer for analysis. Another valuable asset of the software is the ability to track all project and task conversations as well as file tracking with built in email reminders to all associated parties.
Once we understand the high level (overview) specifications of the requested work, we then have our developers give an estimated number of hours and timeline in order to complete the job. At that point, we send the client a system generated email quote. If accepted, we do the work and then bill the customer accordingly. For more complex jobs, several back-and-forth meetings between the client and PalmettoSoft may be required to ensure both parties fully understand the expectations, scope and price of the requested project.
